Our most important tips on how to use your Elan Sleep Bedside Radio

1. Before operating the product,
   always consult the Elan Sleep User Guide.

1. Before we start, we state the obvious.
   Please make sure the wire antenna is fully unwound, and all plastic covers are removed.
   After fitting the pins that match your plug socket, connect the DC plug to your Elan Sleep, before connecting the provided power supply to a power source.

1. Switching Elan Sleep on/off
   Slide the power switch on the back of the radio to ON, then press Standby to turn the radio on.
   Pressing Standby/Snooze again will enter Standby mode.
   To switch off completely, slide the rear power switch to OFF.
   Switched on for the first time, your Elan Sleep will enter a setup mode to select language, perform an automatic DAB scan, and set time and date for you, right after the scan.

1. Setting an alarm
   The Elan Sleep offers 2 different alarms you can set and various individualisation options to choose from.

1. Saving or recalling a preset
   The Elan Sleep allows you to save 25 presets for DAB and FM.
   These can be saved to a Favourites list.
   Pressing the Favourites button for 2 seconds will open the list to save a station currently listened to.
   Short press the Favourites button will open the list to select and recall a present. More details can be found here.

1. Changing the source
   This is kept straight forward.
   Pressing the "Source" button will move to the next source. If you want to know more about the source options, read this article.

1. Pairing a Bluetooth device
   Press the "Source" button and select Bluetooth.

1. Adjusting the display brightness in Standby and on mode
