Our most important tips on how to use your portable Classic Mini

Before we start, we state the obvious.

Please make sure the antenna is fully extended and all plastic covers are removed. Using a USB power supply (not included), connect your device to a power source to fully charge the installed battery.

 

Switching Classic Mini on/off

Long pressing the Standby on/off button will boot your Classic Mini.

When you use Classic Mini for the first time, the unit will automatically enter a DAB scan. All available stations are found and saved to the "Station List" without you having to do anything.

Saving or recalling a preset

The Classic Mini offers two methods to save presets. These can either be saved to one of the 2 quick preset buttons or added to the preset list.

Changing the source

This is kept straight forward. Pressing the "Source" button on the right side of the unit will open the source window. If you want to know more about the source options, read this article here.

 

Pairing a Bluetooth device

Long press the "Source" button and the Classic Mini will enter pairing mode. More detailed instructions on how to find your Classic Mini on the device you want to pair and more on pairing with BT can be found here.

 

Adjusting the display brightness in Standby and on mode

Classic Mini gives you various customization options to adjust your display brightness. Each of these functions is described in the respective help article linked here.
