When the Highway 400/600 can no longer tune to a station it will automatically search and tune to the same station on an alternative broadcast (service linking). If the same station is not available a re-tune can be initiated quickly and easily by holding down the select button.

If you are listening to a digital radio station and you lose the reception, Highway’s service linking feature will always try to automatically tune in to the same radio station with better reception (if available).
