Unfortunately the Pure Go App is not compatible with 64 bit Android phones and we are not able to fix the problem.

However, the Pure Go App is not needed to stream music in BT mode and make and receive Hands Free calls (Highway 600), it is only used to support Spotify Mode and Track Tagging.

Please can you pair your phone using the following steps.

1. On Highway press the Home key and select SETTINGS - BLUETOOTH - PAIR and then scroll right and select BT MUSIC

2. DO NOT select SETTINGS - BLUETOOTH - PAIR - PURE GO APP.

3. On the phone pair with the new device called 'Highway xxxx' (where xxxx is a unique number for your Highway).

4. DO NOT pair with the device called 'Pure Go xxxx'.

5. On Highway press the Home key and select BT Music mode

6. DO NOT select Spotify mode

7. You should now be able to play music on your phone via Highway in BT Music mode.

8. Please note that Spotify mode on Highway will not work, and you will not be able to tag a track to a Spotify play-list using the Go button on Highway.
