Answer: All UK orders will be fulfilled from our UK warehouse. Rest of Europe will be fulfilled from our warehouse in Austria.
Question: Why does my discount code (coupon) not work when applying to cart?
Answer: Make sure it is still valid, has not been redeemed already as well keep in mind it potentially is restriced to certain products (e.g. only full priced items). If you are sure it should work but it still doesn’t simply reach out to us via store@pure-audio.com
Question: How do I connect my bluetooth headphones to my radio?
Answer: Most of our current models do just support bluetooth as a source, but won’t be able to stream via bluetooth to an external device (e.g. headphone, speaker). If you wanna check in detail for your product reach out to our support team.
