Would you like to set an alarm on your Elan Sleep?

Setting an alarm on your Elan Sleep is very simple.

Let’s go through the steps together using an example.

To set an alarm,

  1. Press and hold the “Alarm 1” or “Alarm 2” button to edit the settings.

  2. Set the time you want to be woken up.

  3. Select the hours, using the direction buttons (< or >) and press “Select” to switch to the minutes.

  4. Set the minutes and press the “Select” button to confirm your time settings.

  5. The next selection allows you to choose between Buzzer, DAB and FM.

  6. Select your preferred source and press “Select” to confirm.

  7. For DAB, you can choose the station last played, or from the “List” of DAB stations.

  8. FM also allows you to select the last station played or to select from the list of radio frequencies saved.

  9. Once chosen and confirmed, you can adjust the wake-up volume.

  10. Define when the alarm should be active. You can choose between Once, Daily, Weekends and Weekdays.

  11. Finally, you can set the volume behaviour. You can choose between a 30-second fade-in (Vol Soft) or an instant start (Vol Hard).

  12. Once confirmed “STORED” will be displayed, indicating that your setup is completed.

Active alarms are indicated by the relevant alarm icons.

Short press “Alarm 1” or “Alarm 2” button to turn the alarm on or off.

When the alarm goes off:

You can snooze the alarm for 8 minutes by short pressing the “Snooze/Standby” button on your Elan Sleep.

A countdown will display the remaining snooze time.

Long pressing the “Snooze/Standby” button, or one of the “Alarm” buttons will cancel the alarm.
