Want to set an alarm on your Classic H6?
Setting an alarm on your Classic H6 radio is very easy. Let's go through the steps together using an example.
To activate an alarm, first press either the ‘Alarms’ button on the device or the ‘Alarm’ button on the remote control. The two alarms 1 & 2 will appear on the display.
Select ‘Alarm 1’ and confirm with the “Select” wheel/button.
This will open the ‘Alarm 1 Info’ window, where you can configure your settings.
The alarm can be turned on/off by pressing the ‘Select’ button.
To change the ‘Frequency’, press ‘Select’ and scroll through the available options. Press the ’Select’ knob to confirm your selection.
Enter the ‘Wake Up time’ by pressing the ‘Select’ knob. Turn the knob to select the hours, then press the knob to move to the minutes. Turn the knob again to set the minutes and press the knob to confirm the time.
Select the ‘Source’’ for the alarm clock. You can choose between DAB radio, FM radio or a buzzer. Turn the ‘Select’ knob to select the desired source and press the knob to confirm.
Set the ‘Duration’. Turn the knob to select from the available options.
Set the alarm ‘Volume’. Turn the ‘Select’ knob to set the desired volume. The lowest level that can be set is 4.
Once you have made all the settings, the alarm will be saved and is ready to wake you up at the set time.
Active alarms are indicated by corresponding symbols. The alarm time is also displayed on the standby screen.
When the alarm goes off:
You can put the alarm in snooze mode by pressing any button except ‘Standby’.
Pressing ‘Standby’ turns it off completely.
