Instructions for finding your Jongo software version
Check that your Jongo is running the latest firmware to ensure you experience the best from your product!
On your mobile device log into the Pure Connect App select settings. On an Android device, you will see a settings icon in the top right corner, on an Apple device settings is found on the bottom right.
Under my devices, you will see the Jongos that are connected to your network. Click on Jongo devices detected/discovered. Now you will see a list of your Jongos. If you click one you will now see the software version.
If you click Check for software updates this will automatically update your Jongo if you are not on the latest software
