My radio freezes when listening to a station. I can hear the station but can’t control the radio.

The problem is possibly related to 'Intellitext' data that has become corrupted. Try clearing any Intellitext data your radio may have stored by entering the Intellitext feature and choosing the ‘Clear All’ option.
