Not switching on when running on ChargePAK

To avoid the accidental switching on and the unnecessary draining of battery power, the power button on your radio behaves slightly differently when the radio is running on batteries/ChargePAK than it does when running on mains. On batteries/ChargePAK you need to press and hold the power button down for 2 or 3 seconds before it will respond. It's not touch sensitive like it is on mains.
