You would like to adjust the brightness of the display on your Evoke Spot/Play?

1. To customise the display brightness, press the “Home/select” button to access the main menu.

2. Select “System settings” and confirm by pressing the “Home/select” button.

3. Navigate through the settings options to reach “Backlight” and again confirm to enter.

4. You’ll see three options: “Timeout”, “On Level” and “Dim Level”.

5. Select the “Timeout” to define the duration until the display brightness changes from “On Level” to “Dim Level”.

6. Select “On Level” to adjust the brightness when the radio is on, and “Dim Level” to adjust the brightness of the display when the radio enters dim mode.

This means you can set the display to be brighter when you're actively using it. The “Dim Level” will also affect the display when the radio is in standby.

The backlight cannot be switched off completely.

And there you go! You can now easily adjust the display brightness of your Evoke Spot/Play radio to match your environment and preferences.
