  1. Before we start, we'll point out the obvious.

Please make sure that your device is connected to a power source, the antenna is fully extended and all plastic covers have been removed.


  1. Switching the Classic C-D6i on/off

If you press the Standby on/off button, your Classic C-D6i will start with the last selected source. When the Classic C-D6i is used for the first time, the device first starts with the language selection, followed by the time zone. In the next step, you can set up access to your network.   1. Scanning and selecting DAB+, FM or Internet radio stations

  1. Saving or recalling a preset

The Classic C-D6i offers two methods for saving presets. These can either be saved to one of the 6 quick save buttons on the remote control or added to the preset list.

If you press one of the quick memory buttons until ‘’Saved‘’ appears, the station you are currently listening to is saved. You can call it up again by briefly pressing the memory button. Further details can be found here.

  1. Changing the source

This is very simple. Press the ‘Source’ button to open the source window. If you want to know more about the source options, read this article.

  1. Pairing a Bluetooth device

Press the BT button and your Classic C-D6i will enter pairing mode. You can find more detailed instructions on how to find your Classic C-D6i on the device you want to pair and more information on pairing with BT here.


  1. Setting an alarm

The Classic C-D6i has 2 different alarms that you can set. We have created a detailed step-by-step help article to explain the details.


  1. Setting the display brightness in standby and operating mode

Classic C-D6i offers you various options to adjust the brightness of your display. Each of these functions is described in the corresponding help article linked here.

  1. USB playback

To play audio files from a USB flash drive, you can connect it to the USB port on the back of your Classic C-D6i. You can find more information on this here.
