If you are unable to view your contacts, please check below.

1. Open the Settings App on your iPhone
2. Select Bluetooth
3. Tap on the ⓘ to the right of ‘Highway’ which should be listed under MY DEVICES 
4. Tap on the slider to the right of ‘Sync Contacts’ so it is green.
5. Then in the sub menu ensure that 'Phone Favorites’ ‘Phone Recents’ and ‘All Contacts’ are ticked.
6. You should now be able to access the PHONEBOOK via your Highway controller
