Adding New Sounds to Your Pure Moment / Moment Charge

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add custom MP3 files to your radio.

1. Connect to a PC

Connect the device to a Windows or Mac computer using the USB cable.

(Mini-USB for Moment, USB-C for Moment Charge)

1. Access the Drive

• For the Moment, the device will appear as a disk drive immediately.

• For the Moment Charge, you will need to long press the encoder (dial) to make the USB drive appear.

1. Transfer Files

Drag and drop your MP3 files onto the radio's disk drive.

• Tip: If you upload your own tracks, we suggest converting MP3s to Mono tracks for guaranteed high-quality playback.

1. Rename Files

Keep the filenames brief (e.g., Spooky.mp3) as the radio does not display full metadata, and long names may be truncated.

1. Playback Test

Once safely ejected and disconnected, test the new files using the radio's Sounds Button to ensure they play correctly and can be navigated.

• Good to know: You might need to press the button several times to get to your newly uploaded files, as they appear after all preset sounds.
